1. What VoiceFlow is
VoiceFlow is a voice dictation application developed by Iskrio. It converts your speech into text using AI and inserts the result into the active application on your device.
2. Who may use it
The service is available to users aged 16 and over. By using VoiceFlow, you confirm that you meet this requirement and accept these terms.
3. What you may do
- Use VoiceFlow for personal and professional purposes
- Install the application on devices you personally use
- Submit feedback and feature suggestions
4. What you may not do
- Use VoiceFlow to create illegal, harmful or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense or otherwise transfer access to third parties without Iskrio's written consent
- Circumvent the technical limits of your subscription plan
5. Intellectual property
All code, design and trademarks of VoiceFlow belong to Iskrio. Content produced with VoiceFlow (transcriptions and processed text) belongs to you.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep VoiceFlow reliably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, updates or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
VoiceFlow is provided "as is". Iskrio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. You use VoiceFlow at your own risk.
8. Changes to these terms
Iskrio may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes on the website or in the application. Continuing to use VoiceFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination
Iskrio may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated.
